What if my content gets rejected?

We review all messages for prohibited content (threats, hate speech, harassment, etc.). If your message is flagged, we'll notify you and offer the option to revise it or get a full refund.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If your letter hasn't entered production, you can get a full refund. If your content is rejected during moderation, you get a full refund automatically. Once a letter is in production or mailed, we can't refund it.

Absolutely. Self-addressed catharsis is valid. We don't judge.

Do I get tracking or status updates?

Yes. You'll receive email updates at every stage: order confirmed, content approved, and letter mailed. If you add Rush Processing, your letter ships within 24 hours with USPS tracking included. Standard orders get status updates via email throughout the process.
