This Is Toxic is a novelty catharsis brand. We exist to help people express feelings in a creative, funny, and sometimes petty way. We do not exist to facilitate harm.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate order cancellation and refund:

• Direct or implied threats of violence or physical harm

• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

• Doxxing: including someone's private information (home address, phone number, workplace, etc.) within the message content

• Stalking language or content that could constitute criminal harassment

• Blackmail or extortion attempts

• Sexual coercion or sexually explicit content sent without recipient consent

• Content that constitutes illegal intimidation under applicable law

• Content targeting minors in any harmful or inappropriate way

All messages undergo automated safety screening. Flagged content is reviewed by our moderation team. We err on the side of caution.

If your content is rejected, you will receive a full refund. You may revise and resubmit your message.

Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
