We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's our refund policy.

Full refund available if: your order has not entered production, your content was rejected during moderation review, or there was a processing error on our end.

Partial refund or reprint available if: your letter arrived damaged or was not delivered (with USPS tracking confirmation).

No refund available if: your letter has been mailed and delivered, you provided an incorrect recipient address, or you change your mind after the letter is in production.

Content rejection refunds are processed automatically within 5-7 business days.

Rush processing fees are non-refundable if the letter has already been expedited.
